Scope
These terms apply to transport services booked with Shivam Automovers Private Limited unless a separate signed contract says otherwise.
Bookings and Quotations
Quotations are based on the cargo details, route and schedule you provide. Changes to weight, dimensions, route or timing may change the price.
Cargo and Liability
Goods must be correctly declared and packed for transit. Liability for loss or damage is governed by the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 and the terms of the consignment note.
Payment
Invoices are payable within the credit period agreed in writing. Unpaid invoices may attract interest at the rate stated on the invoice.
